Job Title - Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer

Location – Newton Aycliffe
Salary - £45,500 - £50,000
Shifts – 3 Shift Pattern (7-3/3-11/11-7)

25 days holiday, increasing to 27 days after one complete calendar year.

Job Description of a Maintenance Engineer

A role that requires development and new ideas!

Typical duties involve:-

•          To have multiskilled experience within robotic facilities / machinery

•          Maximise the manufacturing process – bring innovative ideas to the table.  

• Possess a good mechanical knowledge of CNC (hydraulics and pneumatics)

•          Plan and execute preventative maintenance

•          Comply with all H&S standards

•          Respond to all PLC’s

•          Strengthen the maintenance department with your own experience and knowledge

•          Analyse and prepare technical reports, regarding breakdowns of all machinery

Skills & Experience

•          Experience within a recognised apprenticeship (Electrical / Mechanical)

•          ONC / HNC Qualification
