My client is a leading principle contractor with multiple live projects across the UK.
We are currently recruiting a Fit Out Foreman/Manager to join the company and assist in managing a high rise residential fit out contract.
My client has ongoing work and perm opportunities available.
RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!!!
THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!
Site Manager Responsibilities:
• Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.
• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety
• Keeping site diaries
• Holding meetings, liaising with the client
• Programmes
• Emails
• Working in accordance to RAMS
• Quality Assurance.
• Managing sub contractors.
• Providing progress reports
• Managing finishing and snagging works
Site Manager Requirements:
• CSCS
• SMSTS/SSSTS
• Experienced managing fit out contracts on high rise residntial packages.
• 8+ years management experience
