What will you be doing as a Behaviour Support Assistant?

  • Running 1:1 and group intervention sessions for pupils to improve both their academic and social growth (Maths, English & Phonics)
  • Monitoring pupil's behaviour and reporting back to the teacher to discuss and implement action plans for improvement
  • Supporting a variety of pupils with varying SEN / SEMH needs (ASD, ADHD, Trauma, Anxiety etc)

Behaviour Support Assistant: ROLE SPEC

  • Behaviour Support Assistant
  • Working with a variation of pupils across EYFS, KS & KS2
  • Supporting pupils with varying behavioural needs (ASD, ADHD, Anxiety, Trauma etc)
  • Leading both 1:1 & group mentoring sessions (Maths, English and Phonics)
  • Assisting the Teacher with the lesson and materials
  • ASAP Start - Full-time position
  • £105 - £110 per day - Term time only
  • Located in Redbridge

  • Psychology Graduate or a graduate in a related subject
  • Have an advanced understanding of the EYFS / Early Years Framework
