Site Manager

We require a high calibre site manager who has previously worked on high end restaurants /retail projects to join our team in Bath, Bath & N E Somerset.
As the Site Manager you’ll be managing processes and internal works overseeing quality, safety and pace to ensure that projects and work is completed to the highest possible standard resulting in satisfied clients.
On Site Requirements
- Safe 365 site audits - Daily Checks
- Hazard Spotting (slips, trips & falls)
- We need to ensure Site Managers are reporting at least 1 thing a day on Safe365 (Hazard/Risk, Good Practice, Incident or Near Miss).
- Drive Project and program checks
- Ability to edit program on MS Projects
- WhatsApp group control on images/videos/feedback
Site Manager Qualification Requirements
- CSCS Card to a Black or Gold Level
- SMSTS
- 3 Day First Aid Trained (Course to be delivered in person by an accredited organisation – Red Cross, St John’s or an accredited Level 3 provider, e.g. Highfields)
- UKATA Asbestos Awareness (UKATA approved providers)
- Fire Marshall certificate
