Job Type: Contract, 3 days per week
Location: South London
Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule possessions and access to the railway infrastructure
- Coordinate with different teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of works
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Create possession plans and associated documentation
- Monitor possession progress and make necessary adjustments
- Communicate with relevant parties regarding any changes or updates to the planned possessions
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to possessions
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during possessions
Requirements:
- Experience in possession planning
- Knowledge of SSOWP (Safe System of Work Planning)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
