We are partnering with a Property Investment and development company based in Central London who are looking for an experienced Service Charge Accountant to join on a permanent basis. This role sits in a well established finance team within a friendly, social working culture.

As the Service Charge Accountant your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare service charge matters of large mixed portfolio of both commercial and residential properties including YE reconciliation's, budgets, sales and rate recharges
• Provide service charge information to various stakeholders
• Deal with legal matters relating to service charge disputes
• Looking for ways to improve and maximise efficiency and accuracy of the system (Qube Horizon)
• Prepare cash flow forecasts relating to service charge projects

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a similar role and have a thorough understanding of RICS. You will be able to work in small teams and build relationships with colleagues and property managers..
