Childrens Residential Manager or Deputy

To act as the Registered Manager for a children's home within Tameside.
We would consider a Deputy Manager if they have at least 2-3 years experience.
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. No Weekends.
The homes place up to four children who have EBD.
Experience of working in a residential home for a significant period of time is required along with a commitment to be registered with Ofsted and undertake the suitable person interview.
The address of the children's home which the successful candidate will be appointed to will be supplied once references and checks have been processed and a firm offer of engagement has been provided.
The candidate would need to have NVQ Level 3 and preferably NVQ Level 5
REQUIRED
- Experience as either Experienced Deputy or Home Manager
- A committed and enthusiastic leader with a passion to make a difference
- Level 3 or 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
- A full UK driving licence which you’ve held for at least 12 months
