Consultant - ALNG Principal Mechanical Commissioning Engineer

The UK part of the role, required asap, has been determined as outside of IR35.
Responsibilities:
- Defines commissioning work packages and prepare the relevant procedures.
- Prepares the commissioning dossiers
- Ensures safe execution of all commissioning activities through the application e-PTW, JSA, commissioning procedures etc. (this may require in advance a dedicated familiarization Vs our tool)
- Makes improvements to, and offering advice about, operational procedures
- Coordinates activities of vendor representatives and subcontractors
- Writes reports and documentations
- Provides technical support
- Tests equipment on site
- Investigates problems and diagnosis and repairing faults
- Gathers and analyzes performance and safety data
- Training maintenance and operative staff also via CAS if needed.
- Comprehensive knowledge of onshore and offshore commissioning
- Ability to work through others in the achievement of defined end results
- Ability to be persuasive to guide and influence resources of different disciplines and backgrounds
- Proven track record in collaborating & influencing
- Degree in relevant engineering discipline
