Licensing Enforcement Officer

Posted a week ago by Park Avenue Recruitment

Remote job
Location:
East of England
Salary/Rate:
£35 - £42/hour

Fancy working somewhere that has been voted the best place to live in the UK?

Filled with popular market towns and charming villages, all whilst being a stone's throw away from London, it really is the best of both worlds (I should know, I live nearby!)

If you have worked in Licensing, have a driving license, and are familiar with…

  • The Licensing Act 2003
  • The Gambling Act 2005
  • Court Procedures, The Police and Criminal Evidence Act and GDPR knowledge
  • Statutory nuisance, CPW's and CPN's
  • Idox Uniform Software

… then you can do the job!

You will be contracted for an initial 3 months but if you're doing a good job, the council is known to offer a longer term contract.

If you enjoy a bit of office presence and working from the comfort of your own home - this could be a good fit.

The hiring manager has suggested a £35 per hour rate of pay, however he did make it clear there is room for negotiation for the perfect officer!

Please call me on (phone number removed) or send me an email to (url removed) if you prefer.

If your CV isn't up to date, don't worry - it's my job to help with that. Just send over what you have, and we can work together to make it stand out.

Please note: Not all roles are advertised! I am working with Numerous Local Authorities across the country who require contractors from entry-level to Directors to join their Environmental Health and Private Sector Housing Teams. I would be more than happy to have a conversation about additional roles which may suit your experience.
