Job Duties:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver captivating lessons tailored to meet students' individual needs
• Implement effective behaviour management strategies to foster a positive learning atmosphere
• Assess and evaluate student progress using various assessment methods
• Communicate proficiently with parents, colleagues, and professionals to nurture student development
• Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and professional growth opportunities

Required Qualifications: PGCE, QTS, Degree in Education or related field

Education: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience: Prior experience teaching primary school students is preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong grasp of the primary curriculum and educational best practices
• Excellent behaviour management abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate harmoniously with colleagues and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications: Additional training or certifications in Special Educational Needs (SEN) or Safeguarding

Working Conditions:

• Work across various schools within the East Midlands region, following the school term calendar and schedule

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
