Early Years Practitioner

Part time - Term time and throughout the holidays

Hours- flexible to work around you!

Pay- £12.82 to £13 per hour dependent on experience

Academics are currently recruiting for Early Year Practitioner on a part time basis who are willing to take childcare back to its roots by ensuring fun, freedom and flexibility. Academics are looking for people that are passionate about the Early Years curriculum and have a passion to provide a safe and nurturing environment to children aged 0-5.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and interact with the children in the Nursery, maintaining a clean/tidy and stimulating environment
• Express creativity and imagination within the Nursery
• Support all children with the delivery of engaging activities in line with the EYFS
• Update child development records when appropriate
• Communicate effectively with staff, parents and children
• Ensure safety, well-being and inclusively in the Nursery

Requirements:

• Has experience working with children in a Nursery or Childcare setting
• Level 3 in Early Years or Childcare Qualification
• Enhanced DBS (we can process one for you should you be successful)
• Flexible availability
• Right to work in the UK
