What you'll be doing:

  • You'll be working with a Housing Association in East London as a Stock Condition Surveyor on Sustainability projects. This is within a new team so you'll be starting from scratch and assembling these projects in your way and nobody that was before you.
  • You will be undertaking stock condition surveys and sustainability reports for most of the week, sites are based around London.
  • Your site visits will be structured and planned in a way that is the most cost-effective for time and money.

What's in it for you:

  • You'll be on a 3 month contract that has a strong likelihood of being extended (if everyone's happy) due to the workload.
  • You'll be able to work from home most days if you have condition reports to write up - you're only required to have 1 office day a week.
  • For travelling to sites, you'll also have the option to claim back 0.45p per mile (from home) and you can also claim expenses.
