Contract: Full-time

Pay Rate: £30,000 - £46,525 per annum (TLR available)

Are you an experienced Resistant Materials/Design Technology Teacher seeking a new challenge? GSL Education Lincolnshire has an exciting opportunity in Boston. This full-time position is available from May half term or September 2024.

Responsibilities:

-        Plan and deliver engaging Resistant Materials/Design Technology lessons, incorporating both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.

-        Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students and promote inclusive learning environments.

-        Assess student progress through a variety of formative and summative assessment methods.

-        Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine the departmental curriculum, resources, and assessment practices.

-        Participate in departmental meetings, parent consultations, and school-wide events.

Requirements:

-        Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant subject-specific qualifications.

-        Proven experience teaching Resistant Materials/Design Technology at the secondary level.

-        Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with curriculum standards.

-        Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

-        Enhanced Child Workforce DBS certificate on the Update Service or willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
