Pay Rate: £30,000 - £46,525 per annum (TLR available)

Are you a dedicated Resistant Materials/Design Technology Teacher looking for an opportunity in Spalding? GSL Education Lincolnshire is recruiting for a full-time position available from May half term or September 2024.

Responsibilities:

-        Develop and deliver dynamic Resistant Materials/Design Technology lessons, fostering students' creativity and practical skills.

-        Implement effective assessment strategies to monitor student progress and provide timely feedback.

-        Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and engaged.

-        Collaborate with colleagues to develop schemes of work, resources, and cross-curricular initiatives.

-        Participate in extracurricular activities, school events, and professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

-        Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant subject-specific qualifications.

-        Previous experience teaching Resistant Materials/Design Technology at the secondary level.

-        Strong subject knowledge and a passion for promoting hands-on learning experiences.

-        Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

-        Enhanced Child Workforce DBS certificate on the Update Service or willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
