Salter Grange is seeking a Senior Digital Construction Manager to join one of the UK's largest privately-owned construction, development, and property services companies.

With an impressive annual turnover of £2 billion and a busy schedule of projects, the company is looking to recruit a Senior Digital Construction Manager with a background in Design or Construction and a strong understanding of BIM within the construction industry.

The successful Senior Digital Construction Manager will be involved in the full project life cycle and be involved in an exciting £50m Commercial Fit-Out/Refurbishment scheme in the UK to support the development and management of BIM within the businesses.
 
The Senior Digital Construction Manager role is open to a hybrid working model.

Senior Digital Construction Manager Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the implementation of BIM processes and standards throughout the company, by the company's strategy
• Staying updated on industry developments, best practices, and innovative approaches in order to maintain a current knowledge base
• Assisting in the creation and execution of project-specific BIM plans during the project acquisition phase and throughout each project's lifecycle
• Conducting assessments of supply chain partners to evaluate their competence
• Assisting project teams in the successful implementation of processes and tools
• Participating in the testing of software applications to assess their effectiveness and suitability
• Performing technical audits of BIM processes.

Senior Digital Construction Manager Requirements:

• A degree in a built environment discipline
• Extensive knowledge of BIM within the construction industry
• Strong understanding of design and project management principles
