Electrical Supervisor

A well-established, design & build engineering contractor are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join their team to work on refurbishment project turning a hospital into flates in Tooting.

You’ll need to be experienced in delivering complex, M&E, residential projects. You will work alongside the mechanical project manager who is also the lead on the project working on the residential part of the electrical installation on the project, this project is part way through completion.  

The Company

The company you will be working for is a multi-disciplinary engineering services contractor. They have become the engineering service provider of choice in growth segments, which at the moment is residential and mixed use projects.

Experience and Qualifications

Suitable qualifications and a proven track record of technical and financial success in this role is essential, together with a commitment to meeting targets for customer service and quality.

Necessary requirements are:

  • You will ideally possess 10+ years relevant experience in a similar role
  • Detailed knowledge of the Site / Construction Manager role
  • Health, Safety and Environmental systems and procedures
  • Ability to juggle and manage many priorities
  • Prioritise and allocate time according to priority
  • Assess relative risk and allocate time according
  • Lead and motivate the team
  • Manage performance: monitor, give feedback, and confront issues. Effective communication skills
  • Ability to estimate
  • Using resources at disposal to best effect

Remuneration

The successful applicants will get £275 - £280 a day
