Our client is a specialist in Global Mobility management and consulting services, and they are looking for a Global Mobility (Tax) Consultant to join their team on a contract basis (3 months minimum). In this role, you will support the management of client relationships and deliver high-quality, value-added services. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling multiple client accounts, providing technical guidance, and supporting the team in ensuring service delivery aligns with contractual obligations. Success in this role requires experience in tax, a strong commitment to client satisfaction, an analytical mindset, and the ability to adapt to evolving client needs and market trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and developing relationships with clients to ensure service delivery meets the agreed standards.
  • Provide support in technical (taxation) matters such as calculations, documentation, and interpretation of client requirements.
  • Contribute to the identification and implementation of additional services that enhance client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to optimize service delivery and identify growth opportunities with existing clients.
  • Monitor market trends and client feedback to suggest improvements in services and consultancy approaches.
  • Assist in managing daily operations to maintain service quality, consistency, and value.
  • Help in tracking team performance against client service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Support senior management in complex client processes and queries.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Global Mobility consultancy, expatriate administration or a similar role within HR, accountancy, or revenue management.
  • Experience in managing client relationships and understanding client needs.
  • Familiarity with rules governing residency, tax liability, and social security contributions for expatriates across a range of countries.
  • Ability to apply knowledge of double taxation agreements effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in using advanced spreadsheet tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of mentoring less experienced team members and collaborating effectively with a diverse team.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing environments and client requirements.
