About you:
TAs should demonstrate outstanding proficiency and competence as a Teaching Assistant. Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Assisting teachers in lesson delivery, managing classroom activities, and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere.
- Providing personalised support to pupils facing learning challenges to enhance their grasp of the curriculum.
- Aiding in the preparation of teaching materials, including equipment setup and resource organisation.
- Cultivating positive relationships with all pupils based on trust and mutual respect.
- Collaborating effectively with key stage and wider staff, sharing advice, resources, and best practices.
