I have an excellent opportunity for 6 – 9 month contract for Contract Repairs Manager for a housing client in Cheshire.
Day to day the role will involve: -
- Manage the contractors and support stakeholders on performance issues
- Resolve delivery issues and manage performance
- Create performance improvement plans when necessary
- Ensure the smooth delivery of responsive repairs and maintenance
Experience required:
- Social housing experience with client facing experience
- Proven experience with delivering successful contracts
- UK Driving license
