We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy team working onsite in Banbury on a six-month contract basis with full time hours (Monday - Friday). Your primary focus will be the first point of contact for customers who have questions, concerns or issues with a product or service. Each day will be different and offer a variety of tasks within the department, therefore you enjoy a role with variety, this could be the role for you!
As Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to, and managing, incoming contact from the customers (telephone and email)
- Handling daily reports regarding carrier exceptions
- Building up knowledge of businesses and product ranges through ongoing product training
- Consistently delivering the highest standards and quality of service that retains existing customers and supports the development and growth of new customers
- Liaising with suppliers, couriers and internal departments to resolve customer issues
As Customer Service Advisor, the skills you will need:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a quieter environment
- Highly organised and focused
- Excellent standards of attention to detail and accuracy
- Worked in a fast-paced team, able to multitask and work well under pressure
- Strong organisational skills, and able to manage workloads whilst prioritising
- Flexibility to work additional hours to support the team, when needed
