Requirements for the SEN Teaching Assistant role:

• While previous experience with SEN is desirable, it’s not essential – your passion and dedication are what truly matter.
• Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will help you build strong relationships with students and colleagues alike.
• With your ability to engage and motivate students, you’ll inspire them to overcome challenges and achieve success.
