With a diverse portfolio spanning healthcare, education, MOD, and collaborations with local authorities and governing bodies, our client is at the forefront of delivering quality projects.

Due to an influx of exciting projects, our client is expanding their team and seeking experienced Multi-Trade Operatives with a focus on fitting bathrooms on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities: As a Multi-Trade Operative, you will take on unsupervised roles in occupied domestic social housing, completing weekly bathroom fits. Your duties will encompass the full spectrum from complete rip-outs to meticulous replacements, including tiling and plumbing works.

Location: Your primary working area will span between Exeter and Plymouth.

Duration: Minimum 12 months with the potential for permanent employment

Essentials:

• NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in a skilled trade.
• Demonstrated ability to fit bathrooms, including proficiency in tiling and plumbing.
• Versatility in multiple trades, with skills extending to carpentry, plumbing, and plastering.
• CSCS certification preferred but not essential.
• Ownership of basic tools is preferred but not essential.
