Location: Coventry
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 0800-1700 (One hour unpaid lunch)
Salary: £18 p/h (£37,500 p/a)

Join our client’s team in Coventry as a Mechanical Vehicle Technician! With operations throughout the UK, our client is a leader the automotive & logistics industry.
The Role:
- Perform comprehensive diagnosis and repairs of mechanical issues on a variety of vehicles, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, especially when dealing with high voltage EV systems.
- Utilise diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve specific electrical issues on vehicles.
- Install and wire EV components with precision and attention to detail, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.
- Collaborate closely with team members to troubleshoot complex problems and provide effective solutions.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity in the workshop environment.
What Kind of Person Are We Looking For?
- EV Qualified Technician preferred, but Level 3 qualification considered.
- Significant vehicle diagnosis and repair experience.
- Full Driving Licence required.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- High attention to detail and quality of work.
- Ability to work fast and efficiently.
