CK Group are recruiting for a Process Engineer to join a manufacturing company that provides products to the agricultural industry at their site based in Saltburn on a contract basis.

The main purpose of your role will be to:
- Support the implementation of new equipment & methods & provide advice where necessary
- To participate in research and development projects from conception to implementation
- To provide guidance to shift managers and operators on process and product quality related aspects of operations
- Use of Lean six sigma tools for continuous process improvements.
- Identify, assess, install & calibrate process monitoring equipment
- Support calibration maintenance of process monitoring equipment
- Manage collection & collation of plant performance data on a daily basis to support monthly accounting figures
- Degree in Chemical / Mineral Engineering or related engineering background
- Member of IOM3 or IChemE or potential to become a member
- Lean / 6 Sigma knowledge and experience
