Our client, a leading Defence & Security company, is seeking an Engineer with experience in Naval Architecture - specifically Outfit - to join their team. This is a 12-month contract position based at their site in Scotstoun.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your ship build experience, with a preference for Naval experience, to contribute to the outfit design and development process.
- Apply your knowledge and understanding of outfit systems to ensure the integration and functionality of outfit components.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure all outfit requirements are met, focusing on outfitting arrangements and equipment.
- Contribute to the development of outfit designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Job Requirements:
- Significant experience in Naval Architecture, particularly in the outfit discipline.
- A strong understanding of outfit systems, with a focus on outfitting arrangements and equipment.
- Familiarity with ship build processes and an ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to outfit design and integration.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
