Job Description:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes respect, collaboration, and a love for learning.
- Provide effective instruction in core subjects such as math, English, science, and social studies.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and support to ensure academic growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to create a supportive network for student success.
- Utilize various teaching strategies and resources to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Stay updated with educational trends and best practices, continuously seeking professional development opportunities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
- Qualified Teaching Status (QTS
- Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
