About the Role:

The Energy Division at ARM is currently seeking a Package Manager to join a Leading Civil Engineering Business, that offers services within the nuclear sector.

Key responsibilities include:

• Management of work packages/systems and support to the Management Team in the successful delivery of the project for the client.
• Coordinate the delivery of multi-discipline work packages through all phases of the project, i.e. engineering design, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
• To assume 'cradle to grave' accountability for a work package
• Ensure all changes are identified and managed, and configuration control is maintained,
• Lead the package team to ensure key project milestones are met by timescale, budget, and quality.
• To act as key contact for and manage interfaces with external Subcontractors and design houses engaged.
• Manage external contracts in support of package implementation.

What you need to succeed:

• Experience in managing packages of work on EPC projects or similar
• Proven record of successfully working on NEC3 projects.
• Experience in Project / Customer Reporting
• Qualification in Project Management is preferable
• Experience and demonstrated abilities of working as part of a collaborative team, in a multi-discipline environment.
• Experience in Mechanical and/or EC&I services.
• Experience within the nuclear sector
• Hold a minimum HND or equivalent.
