HR Administrator

Due to an increase in workload, our client is now looking for a HR Administrator to join their team in Chesterfield. This is a site based role for a period of 9 months. Our client is happy to consider both full time and part time applications (the minimum for part time being 3 days a week). This role may become permanent for the right candidate.
Reporting to the site HR Business Partner, a typical week will include:-
- Preparing starter packs for new starters
- Sending out employment contracts
- Organising interviews
- Writing and posting job adverts
- Updating and maintaining employee files
- Handling holiday requests
- Updating and cleansing the HR database
- Maintaining HR filing systems for the business
Our client is ideally looking for someone with HR experience or someone studying towards their CIPD looking to gain some HR experience within a busy HR department.
