This is a flourishing mixed, non-selective secondary school and sixth form based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, admitting students from the ages of 11 to 18.

The role – History Teacher

We are looking for a History Teacher who can also deliver Politics.

The History Department is a collaborative and experienced team, who are passionate about embedding an academically rigorous curriculum and assessment model across key stages. Applicants are expected to be confident at delivering lessons across KS3 and KS4 with the opportunity to deliver A-level.

We are also interested in talking with any History subject specialists who do not have QTS but are looking to start a PGCE in September 2025, the school would be able to support you with this. They are also able to facilitate online interviews for any currently overseas candidates.
