TSA Surveying are working with a Built Environment Consultancy who are securing a large number of contracts in preparation for SHDF Wave 3.
They are looking for experienced Retrofit Assessors to carry out work across East Anglia on Social Housing projects. The work will be spread across the East, but being a London based consultancy, the work will likely be in the Chelmsford, Cambridge, Colchester areas.
The contract will be split up between a few different Assessors based on location and will involve undertaking Retrofit Assessments on around 250-350 properties, based on how many people they take on.
All surveys will be carried out through Elmhurst, lodgement will be taken care of by yourself. We will be looking for individuals who have already gained a level 3 qualification in Older and Traditional and have experience completing Rertrofit Assessments.
