Supporting the Major Projects Service, you will be involved in developing and delivering a programme of multi-modal transport infrastructure schemes, including walking and cycling routes in urban and rural settings, town centre regeneration and public realm, and road network improvements.

Your responsibilities will include:

Generating comprehensive project documentation, encompassing drawings, schedules, cost estimates, and tender and contract documents.
Conducting risk assessments, traffic surveys, and road safety audits.
Demonstrating proficiency in various ICT software, such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
Overseeing day-to-day project design management, including supervising designs.
Ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and appointing consultants for CDM leadership.
Providing mentorship and guidance to junior staff members to foster a collaborative team environment.
Supporting various meetings and contributing to business/investment cases.
Preparing thorough project documentation, including drawings, schedules, cost estimates, and tender and contract documents.
Conducting risk assessments, traffic surveys, and road safety audits.
Demonstrating proficiency in a range of ICT software, including AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
Overseeing day-to-day project design management, including supervising designs.
