• Required for a mid-term groundworks civils project
• Project requires a determined assistant site manager
• Position will work with the project manager to enable the smooth day to day running of the site
• Will be required to help with office based tasks like RAMS and inductions
• Project will run until autumn 2024
• Experience of groundworks and rc frame would be an advantage 
• Ability to manage all trades on site and stick to project plan and delivery

Headline of the Assistant Site Manager role

• Opportunity to be number two on site working closing with the project team
• Main scope of the project would be so oversee the lead subcontractor on the install cladding
• Candidate must be strong organiser
• Must be able to assist the drive of the project plan and meet handover targets
• Must be strong on health and safety
• Keen to speak candidates who can bring experience of groundworks and RC Frame projects

Your key duties as Assistant Site Manager

• Ensuring quality working towards quality standards
• Co-ordinate labour and trades
• Monitor and support the site build programme and control material levels
• Work with and assist a supportive team

Key experiences you should have as Assistant Site Manager

• Solid work history of on site duties
• Be a great communicator with the ability to support your site team
• Ideally be from a trade background or have developed skills from activity being on live projects
