Quantity Surveyor l Super Prime l Private Residential Refurbishment
This bespoke residential refurbishment contractor has an immediate requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to work on a live project Chelsea, SW London. You will have the chance to work on some of the most prestigious, super-prime residential properties in the UK.
For this Quantity Surveyor position, you will have extensive experience of private luxury residential projects in the Central London building environment. These projects will be both refurbishment and one-off new build luxury houses in prestigious locations.
The project you will be involved in initially is a refurbishment to the value of circa £12m and is about to commence on site. This is a super-prime residential project and you must have worked as a Quantity Surveyor on similar or larger valued high end luxury house refurbishment or bespoke hotels.
Your initial duties will be to carry out general Quantity Surveying duties such as procurement, managing subcontractor accounts and payments and variations. You will as Quantity Surveyor have a UK Quantity Surveying qualification and be able to demonstrate similar projects and experience in the high end sector.
