Tier one Contractor seeks to employ a competent and experienced Administrator to manage all the statutory requirements for the onboarding of staff on a large project.

Daily duties will include - 

·     Create and update Biosite profiles for internal employees

·     Create and issue staff ID cards

·     Take fingerprint & link access

·     Input historical induction data & update records

·     Upload historical induction forms to the Biosite system

·     Upload Toolbox talks & briefing data to allow for registration of attendance

·     Assist with Pre-Induction process (including checking competencies, and printing attendance list)

·     Liaise with team members to collect data required to create dashboard reports

Requirement for this post include - 

·     Good written and oral communication skills.

·     Ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines, whilst paying attention to detail

·     Ability to take on multiple tasks and complete in a timely manner

·     Working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Microsoft Excel, and Power BI

·     High attention to detail, high organisation and effective time management

·     Ability to think outside the box when problem-solving
