Kenna Recruitment are currently looking to speak with experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors.
Our client, a leading construction services business who operate across the South East & Home Counties specialise in a number of sectors including Commercial refurbishment & new build industrial.
The project, a 40m heavy cut & carve scheme is part of a wider regeneration scheme in Slough, Berkshire.
50% of the job is complete, however the client has suggested that an experienced QS is required due to the complexities it entails.
The right candidate will come from a cut & carve / refurbishment background and have experience on boarding new sub contract accounts and dealing with difficult packages and variations.
£400 per day is on offer and the role can be paid outside IR35.
Future work is also possible subject to good performance and quality of work.
