My client is a industry leading main contractor with multiple live contracts across the UK.
We are currently recruiting a Site Manager to join the company and assist in managing a long term commercial construction package based in Portsmouth consisting of new build construction works, externals and fit out.
RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!!!
THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!
Site Manager Responsibilities:
• Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.
• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety
• Holding weekly and monthly meetings
• Ammending and working to RAMS
• Quality Assurance.
• Managing sub contractors and driving the project
• Providing progress reports
• Quality assuarance
• Client liaison
Site Manager Requirements:
• CSCS
• SMSTS
• First aid
• Main Contractor experienced
• Experienced in managing projects consisting of commercial units, fit out, externals and new build construction.
• 10+ years management experience
