Freelance Quantity Surveyor

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a main contractor who are on a site based in Portsmouth, Hampshire. They are closing on the project which is a student accommodation project. They now require a freelance QS to join on a temp basis from Monday 29th April until end of June.
Your responsibilities include looking at variations, ability to do take off's, measures and drawings. Review items with the site team, payments monthly and take own initiative to build up the final account. They are looking for somebody who is experienced, can manage all the tasks listed, and who is proactive in getting things done.
They will pay between £300-£350 per day, and they will offer working from home for 2 days a week and 3 days on site. Very important stage for them now on the project so they need a reliable freelance QS.
