Role – Carpenter/Joiner position
Location – Based close to Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
Working hours – Monday to Friday 7.30am – 4.30pm
Capacity of role – Permanent position
Salary – Paying up to £36,500 per annum

Our client is a unique and reputable business who is looking for a Carpenter/Joiner to join their busy production based team.
Applicants will be expected to produce timber moulds for their architectural based product range.
Main duties will include –
 Production of timber moulds for finished product range
 Working with various hand and power tools and to customer specifications
 Building wooden supports called shuttering which holds concrete that has not dried yet in place
 Communicating any problems or defects to management onsite
 Understanding and working with technical and construction based drawings
 Ensuring all problems and defects are reported to management
Candidate attributes –
 Experience working as a Carpenter or Joiner
 Proficient in carpentry techniques and joinery methods
 Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
 Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction based drawings
 Attention to detail and precision in workmanship..
 Own transport is essential due to the location
