The role will include the below:
- Social Housing Project - Will be required to enter live properties
- General Housing Repairs
- Keeping Clean and Tidy
- Own Tools Required
The ideal candidate must have the below:
- DBS
- Asbestos Awareness
- City And Guilds Level 3
- NVQ Level 3
- 2391 Inspection and Testing
- JIB Gold
- 18th Edition
- 2 x references
