Rate: Monday - Friday: Standard Rate (first 39 hours)

Saturday - 1st 4 hours at time and half. All other hours at double time

Sunday - All hours at double time

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Steel Fixers to join our team for a prestigious project. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in the construction of Hinkley Point. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to a groundbreaking project in the construction industry.

Requirements:

• Nuclear Clearance managed by BYLOR (1-2 weeks processing time)
• 5+ years of experience as a steel fixer
• Flexibility to work changing work patterns, including weekends, evenings, and nights
• Valid documents as outlined in the attached requirements:
• Proof of Address : UK Driving license or latest bank statement or council tax or utility bill.
• PTQP (form with agency) with the full exact email address and contact number.
• Qualifications / tickets.

Benefits:

• Direct PAYE pay
• 30 days holiday, including bank holidays
• Bonus available linked to KPI's after 2 months on site

Salary Information:

• Paid every 2 weeks
• Night shift attracts a 25% uplift on base pay
• Travel & fares personal to individual based on home postcode
• Weekend overtime:
• Saturday: 1st 4 hours at time and a half, all others at double time
• Sunday: All hours at double time
• Currently operating 7 days a week with night shift
• 2 years of work duration

Bonus Scheme: After 2 months on site, eligible for the BYLOR bonus scheme, with up to a maximum of 10% of hours worked based on agreed KPIs.
