Technical Contract Manager

The Technical Contract Manager is responsible for the preparation of technical tender documentation, coordinating and leading negotiations for technical matters and providing clarity with stakeholders both internal and external.
Tasks include:
- Preparation, evaluation and negotiation of technical contracts including the annexes for wind offshore projects worldwide
- Act as the technical lead during negotiations for the technical contractual terms of agreements
- Act as link between departments to ensure that all input is considered in contracts
- Technical contract review, amendment and termination management as well as capturing lessons learned and implementation
- Liaise between engineering, procurement, construction and project teams to clarify technical contractual questions arising during tender phases
- Evaluate offers, identify and evaluate deviations and ensure that technical concessions made during negotiations are in-line with company policies and standard
