TradeField are looking for multi-traders / finishers to snag and finish live in social housing properties in the Welwyn Garden City. The work will include :
- Siliconing
- Painting and decorating
- Small carpentry works such as skirting boards etc
This could materialise into a 5 year contract.
You must have:
- 5+ years experience as a handyman / multi-trade
- can silicone to a good standard
- have a van or a car
- painting and decorating experience
- have a DBS certificate or willing to complete one
You must be neat and tidy and pay attention that residents live in the properties as you work.
