I am currently recruiting for a foreman for a leading civil engineering contractor. My client operate nationwide and deliver project across the infrastructure, civils and construction sectors. They are looking to on-board a foreman for a large infrastructure scheme being delivered in the West Midlands.
Foreman responsibilities:
- Managing multiple gangs.
- Understanding and upholding HSEQ requirements.
- Putting men to work.
- Record keeping.
- Site diaries.
- Labour allocation.
- Ensuring work is being carried out in accordance to specification.
Foreman requirements:
- Right to work in the UK.
- CSCS card.
- SSSTS/SMSTS.
- First aid.
- Previous experience with deep drainage, earthworks, highways.
- Full UK driving licence.
