Description
The Supply Chain Performance Manager is responsible for (among others):
- Developing and implementing strategies that enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
- The role is pivotal in the publication of the D2D performance scorecard & execution of our monthly performance review.
- The role involves analysing current operational processes, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing changes that lead to optimised performance.
- Work closely with departments across the Operations team to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to provide insights into operational performance.
Profile
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Supply Chain roles in the FMCG industry.
- Demonstrable experience in Performance Management and Reporting.
- Project Management Experience 2-3 years minimum.
- Advanced Excel, PowerBI and SAP Skills.
- Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to drive effective stakeholder management.
