About the Role as a SEND Teaching Assistant:

As a SEND Teaching Assistant at SENDhelp in Hillingdon, you will work closely with teachers to provide valuable support to students with diverse learning needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the implementation of individualised education plans for students with SEND.
• Providing one-on-one support to students in their academic and social development.
• Collaborating with the teaching team to create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.

Requirements for a SEND Teaching Assistant:

• Previous experience working with students with SEND is desirable.
• Minimum of 6 months experience UK based
• Friendly demeanor, dedicated team player, and a passion for supporting the educational needs of all students.
