As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting students with a range of needs, ensuring they receive the tailored assistance required to reach their full potential. Requirements:

• Previous experience working with SEND students is advantageous but not essential – enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to the varying needs of students and work collaboratively with teaching staff.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
