Twenty4Seven Education are currently working with a vibrant secondary school in North Birmingham to recruit an ICT Technician to cover an absence. This will be ideal for an experienced IT Technician who is looking for the flexibility and variety of contract and temporary work. The role is to start immediately and applicants with school experience and an enhanced DBS on the update will be at an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for all ICT systems, including hardware, software, and networks.
• Maintain ICT equipment and ensure it is in good working order.
• Assist with the installation and configuration of new hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot ICT issues and provide timely solutions.
• Ensure compliance with ICT policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Experience working in an ICT support role.
• Knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• A DBS on the update service would be advantageous.
