£35,368-£53,230 per annum (Depending on experience)

About the role:

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Head of English to join our team and lead our English department. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced or aspiring Head of Department to join a large and successful team of English teachers.

Students at this establishment perform exceptionally well in English at both GCSE and A-Level, and enjoy a rigorous and engaging curriculum throughout KS3 and KS4. We are looking for someone who aligns with our approach to curriculum and teaching and who can continue to secure excellent outcomes for students at every stage of their education. The successful candidate will work closely with other teachers and leaders in the English team, as well as across the Ark network to secure excellent outcomes for our children.
