The Company:
My client is a reputable contractor whom were founded in 1999 and since have prided themselves on their reputation for high standards and customer satisfaction. My client work across numerous sectors including Commercial, Residential and Healthcare.
The Role:
The role is for a fully-fledged site manager with extensive experience within the commercial / car showroom sector. The right candidate would have a strong track record of delivering complex car showroom refurbishments / new builds. The role requires someone who is adaptable and can hit the ground running on a tight programme.
Experience:
At least 4 years of proven experience working as a Site manager looking after commercial / car showroom projects. Good Technical background (Ideally a trade). Steady track record, PC Literate (all MS Office and Snagging Software)
This position could also be known as: Senior Construction Manager, Construction Manager, Build Manager, Senior Site Manager, Site Agent.
