NUMBER 1 SITE MANAGER
WORTHING
16 WEEK CONTRACT

Are you a seasoned Site Manager with a passion for timberframe housing developments? We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual like you to join our dynamic team as the Number 1 Site Manager for a new build project near Worthing

As the Number 1 Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the completion of the second phase of our expanding social housing development. Reporting directly to the site-based Project Manager, you will take charge of overseeing the construction of multiple units, with the potential of managing up to 12 at a time.

Your expertise will be put to the test as you guide the project from externals to roof, ensuring impeccable craftsmanship and watertight results. Ideally, we are seeking a candidate with a trade background.

This is not a project for the faint-hearted. Our development is on a grand scale, demanding a Site Manager who has previously excelled in a similar position, successfully leading and managing a section of works independently. You will thrive in this fast-paced environment, overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth progress of the project.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to possess an SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification, a CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card, and a 1st Aid Certificate. Additionally, having a Scaffold Inspection qualification would be advantageous, as it aligns perfectly with the scope of our project.

Apply now by submitting your resume, highlighting your relevant experience and qualifications.
